“For a Sustainable Trade: Explore All the Aspects of the Growing Global Halal Industry”

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation Halal Exhibition is organized by Discover Events in coordination with the Institute of Standards and Metrology of Islamic Countries (SMIIC) and in cooperation with the Islamic Trade Development. In 2021, 354 local and foreign companies from 32 different countries participated in the Halal Expo 2023. The exhibition was successfully realized by hosting a total of 31,067 visitors, 8,722 of whom were foreigners from 96 countries, and international high-level bureaucrats. Exhibition is the most important commercial cooperation platform of the halal market, and other events included in, aims to make Turkey the central country in the halal market, which has exceeded 7 trillion dollars. The OIC Halal Expo will be held at Istanbul Expo Center / Yeşilköy within November 23-25, 2023, under the main theme “For a Sustainable Trade: Explore All the Aspects of the Growing Global Halal Industry” Being the largest “Halal Organization” in the global arena, the event aims to host more than 500 purchasing professionals from around the world. The event, which is prepared to host 10.000 visitors, including 40.000 foreigners, will prepare the place for companies to take a greater share in the halal sector with B2B agreements. The exhibition, where national and individual participation is expected from nearly 352 countries, will bring together many sector representatives from areas such as cosmetics, textiles, finance and tourism, especially food. In addition, organizations from different sectors such as logistics, publishing, packaging, education are expected to participate in the event.
